Post-grad brainstorming

It seems that everyone lately has been asking when I graduate and what I will be doing. For my own sake (and anyone who reads this), I am making a list of my options. Here we go:

• Graduate School
  
  • University of Oklahoma
    
    • Work with Petra (unlikely due to funding)
      
    • Work with Jeff (possible)
  • University of Utah
    
  • NC State
    
  • University of Maryland
    
    • Could possibly move in with family
  • University of Hamburg?
    
  • Not sure if my gpa will be good enough
    
  • Smaller programs might be easier to get into
    
  • Can do well on GRE and make up for bad gpa
• Air Force
  
  • Reserves
    
    • Can start this now (I think)
      
    • Will help pay for school
      
    • Smaller time commitment
  • Officer Training School (OTS)
    
    • Hard program
      
    • Leads to forecasting
  • Enlist
    
    • Not guaranteed any path
  
  
• Go into the work force
  
  • Civilian military job
    
    • Aberdeen proving grounds (Maryland)
      
      • Close to home
        
      • Meteorological instrumentation
      
      
    • Dugway proving grounds (Utah)
      
      • Meteorological instrumentation
    
    
  • Oklahoma Climate Survey
    
    • Mesonet Technician?
      
    • Urban Micronet?
  • Instrumentation
    
  • Air Pollution Meteorology or forecasting/modelling
    
  • Aviation Forecasting
    
  • Other various private sector jobs
