Bzzzz
I'm crazy busy with a million things that have a deadline soon, so this might not get updated until around Spring Break. For now, enjoy some phrases from one of my classes:"Cap cloud over mountain. It's like cap."
"Bologna equation"
"Monkey Height"
"Long distance Caucasian downstream"
"Fruit number"
"Nonear solution"
"Tooty form"
"12km lamb is too coarse."

Delilah
Most people either see her as an insightful woman that cares a lot for others or a middle aged lady with a cheesy talk radio show. But tonight, she said something that kind of bothered me:"I don't like the idea of religion because it separates people, but I love and encourage faith because it unites everyone."
Does faith really unite everyone? What about those who don't "have faith"? They are then separated, so why not discourage faith?
Am I taking her statement too far?

Snow
We finally have a snow event that does not involve ice! It's very nice. I love the way the snow is slowly drifting down to the ground right now. It makes me think that I'm in a snow globe. :-)NOTE TO THOSE THAT REST THEIR CARS IN MY PARKING LOT: Snow is not an excuse to park stupidly. Seriously, you can still see the lines. Even if you couldn't see the lines, you should be able to park STRAIGHT. Currently, there are about 6 'spots' in the parking lot that only a motorcycle could fit in comfortably. Maaaaybe a Mini Cooper, but that's pushing it. I never have known a parking lot to have so many horrible parkers. I guess that's what I get for living in an apartment complex that primarily houses college students and/or Oklahoma/Texas drivers.
NOTE TO THE GUYS WHO LIVE BELOW ME: You can't sing and whatever music you are playing/listening to is making things vibrate off my shelves. It made me nauseous to be sitting at my desk trying to eat a bowl of Special K cereal while my body, chair, desk, etc. were all vibrating. Not cool. Have some maturity. Please.
NOTE TO THOSE THAT PLAY RACQUETBALL WITH ME: You're awesome!!
(I like notes...)

Global Warming Cancellation?
From Drudge Report:"HOUSE HEARING ON 'WARMING OF THE PLANET' CANCELED AFTER ICE STORM

Back to Oklahoma:
We had a light dusting of snow overnight. It feels insanely cold too. Right now, we have a temperature of 17F and a wind chill of 4F! I'm very glad to be inside for most of the day.
On the note of 'climate change':
Being a/the center of the weather industry we have some great benefits. One of these is having climate experts as our professors and mentors. We get to see a debate on the evidence of global warming between a meteorology professor and a geology professor. Later that day, we get to see Al Gore give a presentation (not too similar to 'An Inconvenient Truth', I hope). I think I want to see the Q&A portion of that the most. Unfortunately, I am scheduled to work during his talk. I hope I'm able to find someone to switch shifts. :-/
Oh, and soggy Special-K cereal - not so great.

Seiromem
I gave in...*Leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! Don't send a message, leave a comment on here. Next, re-post this in your notes and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses.*
